The Central Health strategy session is an opportunity for you to meet with a coach, tour the facility and meet other clients, coaches, and staff. You will share your health history and discuss what you’re interested in achieving with Central Health. This will give the coach an opportunity to describe how Central Health's services can help you reach those objectives and lay the groundwork for a plan of action!
